Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer
We were intending to use this software to create composite documents in tandem with Salesforce. As it turns out we found an alternative solution to our needs utilizing some features that are already built info Salesforce. Conga was recommended to us by a technology partner and we signed up for a year's use. Unfortunately, we did not fully engage with the realization that we were not using this product until it was renewed for another year, at which point it was noticed in an accounting review and we began a conversation with Conga about correcting this and reversing the renewal. Conga agreed that they could see that we were not using the product and initially stuck to their contract terms that offer no refunds. After reaching out to their management we were able to get a partial refund that has removed most of our frustration with this error and left us feeling somewhat heard by Conga.
- In this instance, this software was not a fit for our needs
- This company initially refused to refund anything but reviewed this case and decided that they would refund partially
- I am reassured that they are listening to their customers. You may have to take a stand to be heard, but in the end they listened
- Listen to your customer
- They could have done more but at this stage, we are satisfied that they did something.
- If we need this type of software we would consider Conga in the future
It seems like a good product
