Conga is used to create complex docs within Salesforce that can't be done natively. Creating multiple work orders for a shipping team as well as mass updating orders once docs are created.

Using Conga Composer
3 - They represent order managment and order processing. Also shipping department uses Conga, runs the report for all orders going out that day and once they finish they print all shipping slips and update all the opps to shipped
1 - Technical knowledge of Salesforce and setup is needed. Can be complex setting up and getting used to, account for that when first implementing.
