We use Conga Composer to generate order forms and other documents from Salesforce to streamline our sales process. Generally, it will pull applicable data straight from our opportunity object and generate a downloadable document that can be shared with prospects and customers either via email or sent via DocuSign. Primarily used by sales and customer success teams.
- Pulls data directly from Salesforce
- Generates documents quickly and easily.
- Able to pull from a large pool of templates for applicable business processes.
- Sometimes can time out with unresponsive pages (rare)
- Increases speed at which we can share order forms.
- Increases speed at which we can share statements of work.
- A few clicks streamlines this process, can move to your next task more quickly.
Conga is the only Salesforce related document management software that I have used before.
