We implement Conga Composer for numerous clients who need document generation capabilities. From contract management to licensing/credentialing systems, we use Conga Composer to generate documentation for government agencies.

Pros

  • Merge fields/template configuration
  • automated document generation and template filtering
  • flexibility of template mediums

Cons

  • Time to generate documents
  • Ability to generate a contract package
  • Time spent on generating documents has been decreased as we can use merge fields and not manually input information
Tempates must be correct and error free to ensure error free documents. Not all users can manage templates/understand how to create templates and requires an admin
It has allowed for automated document generation with the click of a button
