It has helped our business scale and produce our product faster

We use Conga Composer for numerous operations, starting with document creation/generation and batch and trigger. We have scheduled batches that pick up documents generated using Conga Trigger and then send them to our customers. These operations are done through automation and manually using the different options offered.

It most certainly has helped and streamlined a previously primitive/manual process. This has allowed the business to scale from just a few batches or tens of documents into hundreds every hour which is huge progress. In addition to solving the document generation need it also solves the issue of offering multiple documents in other forms, ex: word vs excel.
