- Front line engineers in L1 Support needs to be equipped with more knowledge.
- Any case raised by the client needs to be first analyzed and then Conga can jump to any conclusions.
- X-Author Excel, Contacts needs to improve in terms of migration of constraint rules and cross-referencing of the clauses in contracts respectively.
- More traceability in terms of rev rec
