Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

We have been using Conga CPQ since 2017. It has improved our quotation cycle and its efficiency. It has efficient customization options with different customizable callback classes and a broad and extensive custom settings. It brings in lot of user friendly UI option for both classic and lightning view in salesforce.

Pros

  • Customer Support resolves cases efficiently with proper RCA
  • Ease of Implementation for new features
  • Turbo Pricing is big relief for large cart in CPQ

Cons

  • Rebates is not available in Conga CPQ
  • Early Renewal is not available in Conga CPQ
  • Signature process can be enhanced
  • It has improved the speed of order completions
  • Increased revenue for company due to ease of quotation process
  • ABOs are flawless and comes with greater flexibility
That's correct - Conga CPQ has best schema in terms of pricing rules, configuration rules and digital commerce. It brings in complex structure that help define all the permutations and combinations for required product setup and pricing methodology. Conga CPQ saves a lot of time when it comes to configurations
Conga CPQ generates almost flawless quotes with few exceptions and product issues which are usually resolved with upcoming patch fixes.
