Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

Being in the beverage industry with machines, Conga CPQ makes it seamless to configure products and manage them efficiently. We leverage Conga's CPQ, CLM, and Order Management solutions, which are user-friendly and enhance the customer experience. espcially conga provides APIs for all the respective actions during the OM/CLM process which give the flexibility for us to automate things easily.

  • Cart UI/UX Changes
  • Sometimes handling of More Products will lead to Technical errors
We dont use digital commerce from Conga. Data processing sometime with Cart page is taking more time, because of that reason we have now customized way of using UI for Agreements and Orders flow.
The way we are utilizing tool as per our business it is satifying the needs.
