Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

We have used Conga CPQ to create, finalize and negotiate quotes with our clients .It reduces the time for the complete negotiation, quote creation and product configurations. Conga CPQ has solved our issues with the product creation as it has provided us features to add multiple attributes and add different pricing rules and recommendations.

Pros

  • It has Great UI for quote creation
  • adding products to cart and configuring it is very easy
  • approvals process has become easy and simplified

Cons

  • Sometimes cart takes time to load
  • finalize some time fails for the cart
  • approvals gets stuck and are not submitted to next approvers
  • Quotes are simplified and easier to access
  • product configurations are very simplified
Yes it has greatly reduced time but configuring product still takes time.
Apart from Configuration , rest all parts are fast with approvals, negotiations and sales completion.
We have used DocuSign for signatures and it is also a good product.

Conga CPQ is well suited for complex products and bundle products with different combos.it is suited for organizations which has complex pricings.
