Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ
We use Conga CPQ to interface with our CRM solution to create quotes on behalf of the sellers, identify upsell opportunities, and drive the discounting and approval process and allow our sellers and business partners to create quotes themselves. We have eliminated hand-offs within our process, simplified workflows, and been able to maintain our own data models while utilizing Conga CPQ as the engine to price, quote, and allow sellers to update quotes real time.

Conga CPQ enabled automation of eligibility rules for offerings that used to be manual research for partners and back office support, which has allowed us to shift to a self-service model
