Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ
With Conga CPQ, we are able to now configure, price, and quote our outsourcing solutions directly within our CRM. For use cases, CPQ helps us with pricing, volume discounts(if any) and region specific service. The workflows are now automated, which has helped to save a hefty amount of valuable time.
Pros
- Great at providing a directions at configuration. Reducing errors and saves time.
- CPQ handles intricate pricing logic without manual calculations quite well.
- The integration with Conga CLM is remarkable and provides strong results.
Cons
- I've seen some performance lags while handling heavier carts or items.
- I would be really happy to see some new visual and aesthetics updates.
- I would say with guided selling and bundling, we are upselling more services.
- I've seen a substantial amount of increase in our operational efficiency. Far less errors and manual mistakes.
- Obviously, superb ROI but with that better compliance and process adherence.
No doubt, it’s saved us a significant amount of time at Alorica. With CPQ we are able to handle complex pricing models and quotes much more easily.
