Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Sell (formerly Quosal)

We've been trying to implement ConnectWise Sell for 5 months and they keep asking for more money to implement. It feels like an overly complicated system that requires their consultants in order to make it work for us.
  • Etalize looks at pricing and stock from vendors.
  • E-Signature page lets you sign with your finger on mobile.
  • Ability to see when emails are opened and reviewed.
  • It's overly complicated and slow.
  • We've been told that PowerBI is still broken and not available yet.
  • Scheduling with their onboarding consultant takes forever and they are more interested in talking around the subject and booking more meetings than just getting the work done. Nice way to get more billable hours.
  • I don't think it's worth the 35 hours of consulting time we've paid for and we can't even do an SOW for a new client Agreement yet.
I'd look elsewhere. We've sunk so much time and money into this product already and I think I want to pull the plug. The ConnectWise Sell product itself is ok. It's sped up considerably from previous versions, however the ability to implement the solution is extremely slow and their consultants are hard to pin down.
