Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Sell (formerly Quosal)
ConnectWise Sell is a great program built into ConnectWise itself. It is very easy to navigate and keep up with new sales that have been made recently. You can search very specific parts of the order which allows you to keep up-to-date on all of the orders and what process they are being implemented. It is being used mainly by sales but since it is integrated with the ConnectWise itself, anyone can use it that has the permissions.
Pros
- Very easy to maintain the steps of the order (pending signature, install date, installed, etc)
- Very easy for new beginners of the sales team
- Easy to navigate with pending orders
Cons
- It does load slow from time to time
- It is very easy to keep up with how much revenue a new project will bring in
- You can create analysis based on the new sales to see growth potential
- Keeping up with projects used to be a hassle, no more!
Salesforce is the main competitor but this is easier to keep up with and I highly recommend any businesses to use this just for the convenience factor. Other programs and suites are also more expensive so you know that you are saving money using this service. Highly recommended by everyone that has used it.
