Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

Consensus helps our organization in structuring customer demos while helping the prospects make streamlines decisions, fostering collaboration with transparency. Most uses of Consensus in our organization are customer facing personnel such as Customer Success managers, sales and also presales team members. Thanks to the scalable and flexible capabilities of Consensus , our teams are able to create unique and personalized demos. Consensus also acts as a repository where we can store demos and reuse the demos as demo boards. Further to these, Consensus also provides us with important demolytics which helps us in our sales life cycles and decision making. We also use Consensus as a collaborative tool for our teams. Over all it has been a helpful tool in our organizations digital selling initiatives.
  • Creating customizable demos for prospects.
  • Helps in Internal training and development and enablement activities.
  • Acts as a repository and create reusable demo boards.
  • Create the function where each individual can have book marked folders.
  • System gives errors when creating demos which are larger than an hour or more. Scalability would be appreciated.
  • Folder structure we create in the demo liberty should be mandatory for users so that we can avoid duplication of demo boards.
  • Helps to create customizable demos. This has reduce our customer facing time.
  • Helps to have a repository of all the high quality demos for future uses.
  • Decision making made easy such as qualifying prospects base on their level of interest.

Consensus is ideal to create customer faced demos because it helps has the feedback tab which allows is to collect user information as well as demolytics of users and their feedback. it is also suitable to vision or micro demos.

It is also ideal for enablement and trainings, which reduces classroom type work shops time and cost while increasing the flexibility offered to students to follow sorted courses at their own timeline. however Consensus might not be mostly suitable to upload lard scale technical demos as we have experienced it giving errors. Therefore with future enhancements I believe this more be a much more flexible and scalable product.
