Used from a sales funciton, helping to prospect to both existing and new business prospects by provide an in depth demo of the specific software aligned to there needs. Sent to key stakeholders
Pros
- Overview of the software
- snap tool - vert easy to use
- seeing who has opened and allowing to track there viewing
Cons
- easier to tag on more than one video
- quicker to go through the stages to send out
- auto populate based on previous GCs
- good impact by closing the deal cycle quicker
- opened new avenues for items customers not previously considered
- allows insight into other unforseen stakeholders in the DMP - multithreading
