What is Consensus?

Consensus improves the software buying process with interactive demos on demand. A digital product experience, it aims to delight buyers and deliver detailed intent data back to revenue teams, to shorten cycle times, increase close rates, and drive resource efficiency.

Whats not to love about Consensus

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I love how simple and straight forward Consensus was to integrate into my daily routine! All of the features for content management really improved our lead generation metrics. There really aren't any cons for me when it comes to Consensus. They have very fast and responsive customer support if you have any questions. Overall, Consensus has become one of the most powerful tools that I have in my toolbox. It allows me to send out videos to my clients in a very digestible way. The overall return on investment since implementing Consensus has been outstanding.

Pros

  • It allows me to easily send content to my clients
  • It provides a medium in which the content I am sharing is easily digestible
  • It allows us to house all of our content that we look to share with clients in one easy to navigate space

Cons

  • There really aren't a whole lot of things I would change about Consensus
  • If I had to pick something it would be the ability to easily change the prepopulated text to say "click here to begin" so I don't have to put it at the end myself.
  • Other than that there is not a whole lot I would change. The platform is awesome!

Return on Investment

  • Consensus helps me keep the deals velocity going
  • This higher velocity results in a much higher closed WIN % for my deals
  • It allows the Customer to get a feel for our solutions without needing to purchase.

Using Consensus gave us the ability to easily send out demo videos and then get analytics from who watched the video, the amount of time, how many times, etc. It's what our organization needed to solve our issue of easily distributing demo videos to our prospects and customer base. Our sales team can easily use the platform to increase their sales pipeline close %.

We dont get any visibility on who is watching the demos on the customer side, we need to have more visibility on that. Who is watching the demo, for how long they are watching the demo, what they focus on... it is key for us to get all this information

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Consensus for technology demos for my clients. It showcases our technology for clients without having to repetitively explain it over and over again. The demos are super customization so the clients can watch and explore only what they're interested in. I've also created my own personal demos where I could record my screen and my face to do a virtual introduction to prospective clients. It helps build that relationship with my out of territory accounts that I can't go visit and show face in person. I love the integration with Consensus into my Gmail account. It makes it super easy to add consensus in super quickly from Gmail without having to login in on the web browser.

The reason I am using Consensus in my work is to find contact info for calling or emailing my prospects, because that is critical to our Business Development work. I say that the integration and workflows, even security, using Consensous is quite good. But I would like a bit more accurate data, because sometimes I cannot find the info properly, even if it is easily accessible on Google.
