We used Consensus application licenses for Sales & Enablement Team to engage with prospects and share video case studies and content with them as part of buyers journey, for product discovery. We analyzed and tracked using Consensus Dashboard to gauge buyer actions and interests

- Very intuitive analytical dashboard to track buyer journey
- Great customization options to curate what your target audience see
Cons
- Integration with Marketo could be made easy
- Great support team on board, but can definitely empower their clients with all the customizations
- Survey questionnaire can be more customized, rather than directly talking about the video content they are about to see
- Builds pipeline of target customers and amps up the buyers deal cycle
