Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

We use Consensus to send product demos to prospects. Typically, these are cold out bounds to warm leads. After brief introduction to the values of the product, we’ll send a demo to the customer before we meet again to hitch really enables us to have a better discussion around product fit for the prospect.

Pros

  • Easy to send demos
  • Tracking features are great
  • Multiple viewers

Cons

  • Wish it had a watch all and skip choices function.
  • UI is a little clunky when choosing from library.
  • For commonly used demos, it would be great to have one click sending.
  • Ease of use.
  • Makes prioritizing follow ups easier.
  • Significantly improves sales follow up calls, and reduces the time to close.
It would be great if there was a one click sending option on for the demos that we send most and don’t require any customized messaging. Other than that, it’s an easy tool to use. Some customers don’t make it through selecting topics so maybe a live guide that walks customers through with “click here” and “select topics” would help.

Would you buy Consensus again?

Yes

Consensus is well suited for sending mini demos to prospects that have been vetted and are interested in the product. It’s great to see the areas of the product they have the most interest in which allows me to tailor the next in person meeting to match their interests. The reporting is good to know as well as it gives insights on how much time the prospect spent reviewing the material (if at all!)
