Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

I use Consensus for recording (up to 3 minute) summarised overviews of our product portfolio as follow-ups from prospect meetings; an introduction for onboarding new partners and quicker starter guides for users participating in PoVs.

Pros

  • Tracking the view activity of shared videos, including who, when, how long it was view and how many times.

Cons

  • The user interface and workflow could be improved, ie be more intuitive.
  • The actual viewing of shared recordings is very low in my region, even though the videos are 1-2 mins in duration.
The UI and workflow needs to made more intuitive. If I haven't used Concensus for a few weeks, I always find myself navigating through the various menu options to work out what steps I need to follow.

Yes

In my experience it's well suited for sharing short recording with external partners to verify if they actually watched the video, forwarded to their colleagues and analysing if they watch it in it's entirely or just parts of it.
