Overall Satisfaction with ContactOffice

ContactOffice is used to store data, and manage it easily with a simple UI-designed platform which is easy to use. It is an intuitive web platform that can be used from anywhere. Only internet is needed, no extra hardware or software needed. It manages documents, meetings, events, calendar, emails etc. It is priced affordably. We use the address book to store contact data. We store all types of documents online and they can be used anytime.

  • Saves any kind of documents.
  • Can access to your data from anywhere through desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Data safety concerns
  • When managing a larger number of files, it helps to keep track and they are easily found when needed.
