Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

We have been using Contactor Foreman for managing all of our roofing divisions since 2021. We were facing a very daunting software transition after our previous software of 20 years was being discontinued, and the Contractor Foreman team assisted us at every turn to make our transition very efficient and successful.

Cons

  • Continue to limit server downtime (this has drastically improved over the years and has not been an issue)
  • Continue to limit software glitches (this has drastically improved over the years and has not been an issue)
  • Continue to offer human support instead of AI bots
  • Great affordability
  • Helped us through major financial audits
  • Helps us maintain a more thorough jobsite records history than we have ever had
Each module we use works great and they continue to improve the speed and efficiency of each one.
We demoed at least 6 other software suites and not met that customizability and affordability of Contractor Foreman.

Contractor Foreman has met every one of our needs, even when those needs are unique and require specialized customization for our wide range of customers and product options. Their support team and managers are always responsive and quick to assist any time we are in need. Overall we are very happy after nearly 5 years using Contractor Foreman full-time.
