Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

We are using Contractor Foremen for the basic of doing RFI, Submittals and keeping track of the contract values. We created the forum to allow access for our client & architect to monitor and respond to the RFI's & Submittals. We also use for the field to be able to upload their daily photos so that we could keep track of the day to day work. They also did their daily logs there as well.

It took a little bit to get familiar with how the program works. Luckily there is a lot of help if you run into an issue with how to get something to work the way you need it to.

I would say the biggest reason the company went with the items available on Contractor Foreman and the cost of the program for our group.

It is great for a General Contractor to keep track of items for the office and the client. That is the field that i work in so that is how we used it for many of our projects. Some Owners require other platforms so we couldn't use on everyone of our projects. If you were a manufacturing company I'm not sure how it would work for you.
