Overall Satisfaction with Control-M
Currently the best tool on the market. All batch processing of the company is executed by Control-M. Opening, closing, and sending files, in addition to that, our processes and systems are fully interconnected, requiring proper chaining and sequencing. Everything goes through Control-M. Today, we execute over 200,000 jobs in Control-M. Besides being impossible to execute this manually, Control-M prevents operational errors.

We have been using Control-M for almost 20 years and our teams are already trained to use it. Other tools are not as robust and resilient as Control-M. Control-M's graphical interface is very easy to use.
