Overall Satisfaction with Control-M
we use Control-M for comprehensive batch scheduling and monitoring capabilities, we have used this tool to schedule multiple jobs of all PROD application groups. Use case: it detects arrival of files from various clients, processing them quickly to meet SLA and in this way it avoids penalty for late delivery and file processing and delivery to other clients which is time critical.

- Control-M self service is what customer need to obtain visibility, control in a context they can easily understand.

- A proper integration method that clearly defines the workflow.
- There should be an automation system for developers to set it up more easily and quickly.
- Upgrading Control-M process is very long, there are numerous boxes to tick and things to check to ensure everything is in order before upgrade happens.
