Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

Control-M family is essential for our business, since tape’s administration and also sysout reports analysis. We also use Control-O to capture datasets and trigger our groups and job. Inside the JCL the AUTO EDIT variables and simulation feature help us to decrease errors in new implementation and track JCL errors and ABENDs.

  • Better message/indication Cycle Job turning job for the next daily

100 - The creation of flow of jobs and groups separated by clients and subjects making easier to find out where the subjects are located.
Both Control-M, even, 3270 are very intuitive and the built in help are very clear and easy to use

The best value for me its integration between open platform and mainframe jobs. Support for constructions and optimization cause a big impact in our business. The infinite of advantages and benefits reducing the risk of failure and providing a vision of potential failures. Looking foward issues and costs optimization with AI help.
