Overall Satisfaction

  • Online training courses are excellent. Cornerstone tracks record of courses completed.
  • Cornerstone allows users to create forums and allows all users to comment. It is a good social media platform, allows all users to collaborate.
  • Allows users to create groups and for more focused information, such as sales, compliance, etc.
  • Allows user to create plans and track performance.
  • The search feature needs should be more defined. Search is inconsistent when using key words
  • Completed course don't always show completed in status, instead shows in progress. It's not clear how to change that.
  • Easy access of Elavon information. It is now on one platform.
  • More expedient sales and service process due to single platform
CSOD keeps me informed of all Elavon processing information allow us to serve our customers more expediently. It is cloud computing system and can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
If they want train employees and track performance, plus publish ongoing information on a singe platform, CSOD is an excellent platform.
