- Flexible performance management system that can be easily configured to companies needs, addressing variety of scenarios and making reviews specific to roles/positions.
- Succession planning goes hand in hand with learning and performance managements and is available in Cornerstone.
- There is a steep learning curve, but customer support and available on-demand training help tremendously.
- Enhancement requests from customers are not addressed in a timely manner.
- Ability to copy down from pilot environment into production is not available.
