CSoD - eh, we got it to work
Overall Satisfaction
Our Global Services dept uses it as an eCommerce site for our customer to purchase training.
We also use it internally for soft skills training for employees.

Pros
- use of SCORM content
- customizable notifications
- internal testing engine
Cons
- Training Units administration not up to par with other LMS's and how we are using
- No easy import functionality
- Took too long to implement and customize for our Global Services organization. Customer Satisfaction was affected before and after go live.
We used Saba and ViewCentral in the past. the data extraction of the two LMS's mentioned were great. CSoD was chosen by our IT department based on pricing and feasability.
