Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

  • Quarterly enhancements that have added value and quality to the system as well as addressing needs we identified.
  • Customer focus and active user community.
  • Ability to customize the system.
  • Reporting capability could be enhanced. You can access and report on anything which is great. However, the output is Excel spreadsheets that have to be extensively customized to present the information in a manner that an executive would expect. Dashboards are available, but reporting requires way too much effort to make them usable.
  • Efforts have been made to enhance product support but within the past twelve months response time to problems has increased particularly after a new release.
  • The system is functional but not particularly modern looking or easily modified to improve the look and feel. However, enhancements continue to be made to the UI.
  • Greatly improved our ability to track and report on global training activities and increase accessibility of training content.
  • Improved the productivity of our training team.
  • Been able to implement significant cost savings by improving processes and converting to new forms of training delivery.
If reporting is a significant requirement, this might be lower. Otherwise as a global SaaS solution for a small to medium sized organization, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cornerstone OnDemand.

Using Cornerstone OnDemand

After two years with the learning cloud we are now looking to convert to the performance cloud. Assuming the process goes as anticipated and is similar to the experience with learning, this could move higher.
