Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Cornerstone OnDemand is an amazing system that integrates learning, performance management, succession, compensation, and recruiting clouds into a one-stop shop for HRSS solutions. My entire organization services it in some way.
  • Configuring and launching a performance review task for thousands of employees is simple and efficient.
  • Keeping track of all of the training that employees may take during their tenure is nice and easy via transcript functionality.
  • The new Programs and Cohorts Learning Object brings interactive collaborative training to the modern era.
  • Considering the wealth of data in the system, reporting issues can occur from time to time, but most are resolved within a day or so.
  • Some aspects of the system are a little rigid and could use some more customization.
  • Major changes to the system are instituted on a quarterly basis, a more consistent schedule would be preferred.
  • Exceptional compensation tasks allowed for employees to be compensated much more appropriately.
  • Their marketing email functionality makes it easy to message specific users or groups of users with valuable information.
  • Fantastic LMS means that employees get re-certified quicker and on time.
CSOD includes 7 different clouds of applications. Most competitors do not offer all of the options and functions that CSOD does. Its a competent and convenient one-stop shop.
The LMS functionality of Cornerstone onDemand (CSOD) is top notch. There are almost a dozen different types of learning objects that can be configured, giving the training admins plenty of options. Tracking information on the user's transcripts is super easy and effective.
