Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using Cornerstone OnDemand for training and learning within our organization. We use the system across all of our organization, however, a heavy population of our users comes directly from our field team members. We host many materials, job aids, modules, etc. within the system.

Pros and Cons

Cross-functional use
Strong reporting functionality
Easy to upload content

Customer Care (GPS) takes forever to get back to you and often closes out tickets before you are satisfied with the resolution
The interface is not very appealing
Predictive search functionality is not great

Return on Investment

When there are complications, they take a long time to solve and find a solution.
Cornerstone OnDemand streamlined learning and made it more accessible.
It is easier to track compliance.

Alternatives Considered

Workday Human Capital Management

We are currently using Workday and it has served a much better use for the performance side of our business.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is good for a smaller company, but for larger-scale, there may be better options. It does an okay job as serving as a "file cabinet" and housing materials and information.
