Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We have been using Cornerstone OnDemand for over four years now and have loved the transition. We're currently entertaining alternatives as other HRIS systems have LMS features, but there is no competition, so we'll be sticking with Cornerstone. We use it across our entire organization for compliance and continuing education. Cornerstone OnDemand helps us efficiently distribute and track our e-learning and ILT experiences.

- Its core functions and capabilities are easy to use and intuitive.
- We are really wanting to expand our use of the observation checklist, but the interface online has not been updated in some time.
- Some of the administrator interfaces need updating.
- All user interfaces need to be mobile responsive rather than just mainly the Learner Home and player.

We're currently entertaining alternatives as other HRIS systems have LMS features, but other learning system competitors do not have comparable capabilities for hosting and monitoring learning. Other systems have better integration capabilities, but Cornerstone has a stronger learning package.

We needed a new responsive login screen. Cornerstone worked along side us as the page was authored, edited, tested, and put into production.
