Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use Cornerstone OnDemand company-wide at UKG (formally Kronos). It's used for compliance training by our global HR and IT teams, company-wide training, down to team/department training. The system is leveraged to track progress on training and compliance and add in annual goals. We also use the system to provide soft skills training and development for our teams.
Pros
- Robust admin capabilities.
- Ease of use both administratively and for our end-users.
Cons
- Reversioning with reporting - it's a bit clunky to have agile-type training where we expect learners to go through training more than once. Reporting becomes a lot more manual in these scenarios.
- Reporting is tricky - there's a learning curve to understand how to get the right information. I know work is being done in reporting 2.0 but I would love to see more template reports for common reports your customers use.
- Increased employee confidence - working to use Cornerstone to provide content around job role and soft skills to help increase employee confidence - we're in process.
I think it has the best balance in configurability but could use a face lift to be more aesthetically appealing and more modern.
