Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Cornerstone OnDemand for our Learning, Performance Management, ATS, and Compensation systems. It is being used across the organization and it is addressing our need to have a holistic HRIS system.

Pros and Cons

User friendly, ease of use for both managers and employees
Allows us to integrate all of our HR needs into 1 system

It's search and sort options in Performance Management can be improved, more options to sort evaluations outside of using reporting
Customer service needs live people behind it.

To have an integrated HRIS system across applications
We are happy with the ease of use for managers, admins and employees

Cornerstone OnDemand is a reasonably priced HR suite of products that is well suited for medium-sized organizations that want more powerful, modern options vs. what they currently have, which could be outdated and expensive to upgrade.
