Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Cornerstone [onDemand] is currently our Learning Management System across the whole system. We use it to deploy large-scale compliance training to all employees. We also use it to offer general training via Linked In Learning, Skillsoft, and homegrown training courses. It has been successful in all of those areas.

I am a big fan of the configuration in Cornerstone [onDemand]. I believe that it supplies just the right amount of configurability, without going too granular. It is nice to be able to control specific employees' visibility, and what they have access to. It is also nice to be able to control what your different levels of administrators have access to and can change as well.

Cornerstone [onDemand] has been a wonderful addition to our University. We have used it to roll out large-scale compliance training and to track those completions/incompletions. We have also used it to promote personal development through training offered in the system as well. This has drastically improved the conversation around training at our University.
