Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone Galaxy

We use Cornerstone OnDemand as our LMS. We load, configure, and assign our compliance training on the platform and perform the necessary reports. This allows us to meet the strict compliance regulations of the financial industry. We also implement our performance management process and succession process via Cornerstone OnDemand. This allows us to stay consistent.

  • Improved our onboarding process by syncing with our HRMS system and allowing trainings to be assigned automatically
Overall Cornerstone has great design and excellent support. The pages are laid out in a way that makes sense and organized into menus. A few areas of the system could use a UI refresh but that is something that Cornerstone is always working on updating different features and pages with their updates
I have previously used SumTotal and Moodle and find Cornerstone OnDemand to be much more deep in terms of the amount of features available and custom configurations possible. From an admin perspective, Cornerstone OnDemand also has a much richer admin community and educational resources. I also found the level of reporting to be much deeper on Cornerstone OnDemand as compared to the other platforms I have experienced.

Cornerstone OnDemand is an industry leading Learning Management System and I think it excels in delivering compliance training as well as 'push training'. Cornerstone OnDemand has the ability to sync a data feed with Oracle HRMS, which we have found to be particularly useful once configured. We also have LinkedIn Learning and have found that this system integrates nicely with Cornerstone OnDemand.
