Overall Satisfaction with Covercy

We use Covercy as a means to communicate with our investors and provide both documentation and quarterly updates on their real estate investments. We use to send quarterly inevstor updates via email and pdf. There was no way to provide an individualized portal where an investor can see all of their inevstment documents and reports.

Covercy has provided our firm with a professional means by which to present investment to our investors as well as the ability to seamlessly on-board clients. It has made the procees of providing quarterly investor reports easier by providing field that we can complete as well as areas to post drone videos and automate email distribution of reports.
Covercy's customer service team has been responsive when we call-in asking about features that were not present at the on-boarding stage. They appreciated our feedback and made improvements to the portal that were helpful to our investors. We had a client service rep that we could call and was responsive.

Well suited for real estate investments. Ability to link their bank account to our portal for investment subscriptions and distributions. Handling multiple small investors and show percentage ownership of each investor in a project. Pull down menus where an investor can look at past quarterly reports. Need to have ability for multiple email addresses per account to allow for wealth manager to access.
