Overall Satisfaction with CrashPlan
We are currently using CashPlan across the company. It will solve all the problems with hard drive failures, virus [detection] and will make the process easier for users who are getting a computer replacement since we will just need to re-download the data that has been already backed up.
- Backs up silently
- Doesn't take too much computer resources to run, making it run really smooth
- User interface is really simple and easy to use
- The text color use in the user interface log in screen could be changed to a dark black instead of grey, making it easier for users to read it.
- No impact on this area
CrashPlan is easier to use for the administrators and users.
