Overall Satisfaction with CrowdStrike Falcon
We use CrowdStrike Falcon as our EDR solution across our servers and client machines, about 200 endpoints in total.
- We have very few false positives
- We are alerted with a script runs, such as a powershell commands
- It blocks rogue software from running
- it looks for patterns such as items that spread
- More customizable dashboards for each admin user
- The centralized management has saved IT hours and allows our managed security provider to monitor and react 24X7 without having to wait to involve a local IT person.
We removed our endpoint antivirus software and several home grown alerting scripts.
The dashboard views, reporting and centralized management of configurations and overview has made EDR simple to review. The monthly or quarterly meetings to review new features allows us to quickly turn on or up additional safeguards we might not normally realize were added.
