It is a replacement for other endpoint solution. It solves the ransomware issue with a modern protection approach with integrated AI, also with it's cloud based agent the protection is always updated. It has been used by the whole organization. It addresses the endpoint protection ready to integrate with the most complete cybersecurity ecosystem.

[Because of] its cloud-based architecture, complete set of features, LDAP integration and massive deployment options. The open integration with another security solution and it's almost native with all Windows flavors including Windows Server. Its Incident Response Team is a one-and-only kind of solution that makes CrowdStrike a really different competitor and a natural leader in cybersecurity market.
Yes - We replaced Symantec Endpoint Protection mainly because we have a lot of commercial an technical follow-up issues. Also because the protection was not always as good as we wanted, with lot of false-positive and a kind of lack of protection against RansomWare, and difficult to maintain up-to-date even with a centralized console [because of] its on-prem architecture.
Was so good that we want to change ASAP, then we ask for POC and the massive deployment was so easy and we install almost 500 endpoints in only 2 days, this was a kind of "automagic" situation that left us waiting for something else - it is a modern solution with easy-of-deployment approach in its DNA.
We found this as a leader or in the top-ten solution in almost all the specialized sources like Garnter, IDC or Forrester - also we found several referrals from other vendors like Proofpoint, Okta or Netskope. This give us a lot of confidence in this solution as we want it to deploy ASAP, [because] we really need a cybersecurity strategy improvement - and CrowdStrike Falcon Pro was a suitable solution to achieve this.
