Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ability to add in fixes into existing change management processes by provided structured error reporting.
Dashboards relevant to different teams so errors could be prioritized differently.

Usability

Crownpeak Digital Accessibility and Quality's learning curve is low. It's an extremely adaptive platform that's easy to use and the data is easy to understand. On occasion, scanning issues took weeks to resolve. Otherwise, I would've rated this higher.

Support Rating

The account person is quick to respond, though issues reported required support of other teams with no SLA.
