Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect
We use it for account data enrichment and account hierarchy establishment. Also Duns number by D&B is a unique identifier which helps to keep account data clean by identifying duplicates
Pros
- Account data enrichment
- Search before Create on new accounts
- Account Hierarchy (parent-child) relationship
Cons
- Search Before Create could be enhanced to flag more matches & more customizable
- Confusing labels of certain D&B fields, so add help texts
- Good data is missing for companies outside of North America so it's a gap that needs to be filled
- Positive impact by maintaining good data quality & hygiene
