Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect
We Used D&B mainly for sales intelligence, we used this tool to find people who had the intention of taking services similar to what we offer. We used the tool to search people mainly in the US and India. The main problem is the reach the right people at the right time, D&B helps in identifying them, this narrows down the number of people we need to approach to make our pitch. I guess they use cookies to identify the people from companies who search the net for particular services and thus letting us know the intent to buy.

- Further breakdown of industries can be done.

- Too expensive.
- ROI can be achieved anywhere between 6 to 12 months depending upon your business.
- The product is expensive but the data provided is good to an extent and a big sale can help achieve your ROI.
- The data accuracy sometimes can be bad leading to bad domain reputation.
