Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane Password Manager

We've used Dashlane for several years. Aside from shifting from the app to the browser extensions, it's been a solid ride.

Pros

  • Quick fills.
  • Complex passwords.
  • Changing passwords effortlessly on some websites.

Cons

  • Doesn't always recognize the field and fills the wrong information
  • Very frustrating when filling out my kids' forms and it overwrites their names or birthdates with mine without warning.
  • Saves time.
  • Protects us from password sharing.
Haven't used another platform.

Really helps with the practice of unique passwords for every website. Without password managers, it's very difficult. Add in the ability to add more complex passwords quite easily, and this is a lifesaver.
