Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane Password Manager

Everyone in our team uses Dashlane for their own individual logins, but we also use it to share logins/password with other team members securely. This fixes the issue of having to manually send login details between team members, and removes the security risk that creates. It's also much quicker to do it this way, as there's nothing to do for other team members to use those passwords, they just automatically appear in their autofill.

Pros

  • Beautiful/non-clunky UI
  • Sharing passwords is frictionless
  • Enforces good security hygiene across the team

Cons

  • No official support for using both personal and business Dashlane. Always have to login/out to access other accounts on my phone
  • Much quicker to share passwords
  • Instant increase to security hygiene
I've only used LastPass before, Dashlane is much more usable, and doesn't make me sad when I open it.
LastPass is a miserable experience, it's ugly, buggy, and slow to do anything in. Dashlane has none of these issues, and has way more features.

Do you think Dashlane Password Manager delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Dashlane Password Manager's feature set?

Yes

Did Dashlane Password Manager live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Dashlane Password Manager go as expected?

No

Would you buy Dashlane Password Manager again?

Yes

I can't think of a scenario where it wouldn't be suitable, every business should be able to benefit from how easy Dashlane makes password management, especially across teams. The only issue is people who use the same device for personal/work logins, it's annoying when you need to access passwords across the two on the same device.
