Overall Satisfaction with DAT One

DAT One is the best freight management platform in the market. I using DAT One for 4 years. It is easy to use, simple and easy access platform. DAT One helps me to finding best pricing for my loads. As I have noticed that this is the one tool which is very popular in carrier.

Pros

  • DAT One has very nice Up Time
  • DAT One has user friendly interface
  • Very nice customer Support

Cons

  • DAT One is a little bit costly
  • There is no option that posting loads can see their respective team only
  • If you post load all your company employee can see that load but it should be allow only for my team only
  • DAT One provide real time market rate
  • DAT One has huge number of customer and carrier
  • DAT One helps for competitive pricing
DAT One deserves 8 number out of 10. No doubt DAT One is a great platform where load acceptance is high with competitive pricing. DAT One has user friendly environment. It has very nice customer support and provides a quick resolution of our problem. DAT One is helping me for making good relationship with my customer.
