Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

Utilized to manage M&A deals on a daily basis between counterparties involved. The product helps to address data management, organization and coordination between multiple parties. The scope of our use case is on a daily basis as we work on multiple deals and projects regularly as part of our financial advisory engagements.

The software is easy to use and useful. Have not encountered any significant issues and will continue to use on a go forward basis. No other issues to note. The software and portal performs as expected and has all the essential functions that is required to help run a deal.
They are all very similar. Straightforward use case. The most important factor is price. We usually go with the cheapest option of the same vendor as the client. No site has a better function than the other. The sites and data rooms all work as intended to help manage the M&A deal.

Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is useful and intuitive. Well suited for diligence needs. We have large quantities of data and multiple counterparties and therefore having it all managed in one place is essential and useful. This is less appropriate for smaller deals where the deal is not complex and there are a limited number of files to be provided.
