Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is a sophisticated dataroom providing a variety of companies across multiple industries efficiently track, manage and broker information/data. I work for a financial services provider (Investment Bank), and the product effectively provides a platform for sharing critical and sensitive information in a timely manner, allowing involved parties of a transaction to stay up to date on the latest information. The platform has excellent data & analytics capabilities which allow the administrator to track usage, manage users and provide data in a highly efficient manner. Price point is high.

Overall easy to use but can be difficult to get the hang of at first. Intuitive platform with great capabilities but a more accessible Q&A / AI chatbot for issues would benefit tremendously (if not already implemented). Overall, users generally understand what the platform has to offer, especially after repetitions.
Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is more sophisticated as a platform and offers more functionality in terms of features. Although more functional and advanced, Ansarada was a smaller platform that was cheaper and easier to use due to its' simple nature. Price point was also better and was great for smaller projects which is what I had when I used it.

Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room it best suited for a more complicated M&A process where there needs to be a large transfer of data and sensitive information between multiple parties. This would be less effective for a smaller process where the level of sophistication is not very high or if dealing with documents/information internally.
