We use Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room to set up VDR rooms as part of our internal processes when managing a divestment. I’m tasked with setting up the VDR and managing through the process. The VDR allows the M&A team to provide information and data to prospective buyers interested in the various processes we run throughout the year .

Setting up a VDR for a divestment is our main use for the site and it has always been something that is relatively easy to do and that has worked without any issues for us. I have been on the other side of transactions using Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room and it is just as easy to use. No complaints.
