Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is usually used in my firm to conduct due diligence. It is usually purchased by clients and we are users. I think compared to other kinds of file sharing, Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is easy to use and offers good filter functions. It is also useful for monitoring any new files uploaded.

Cons

  • For the downloading function, it is good if the folder names can be organized in a clearer manner.
  • I usually receive promotion emails from Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room. I am unsure how to unsubscribe them.
Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is very useful to conduct due diligence and transfer files. I understand it is not only useful for lawyers, but can also be used for multiple teams (finance, business, environment, etc.) for various work streams of due diligence exercise. I hope it can be more frequently used by our clients.

It is also very useful for describing under the transaction documents the scope of disclosed information - the parties can simply refer to the documents in a specific folder regarding a transaction. It is also useful for transferring large files.
